Hours: We are open regularly Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am – 4pm

Senior Care of Middlebury provides an alternative to in-home care and assisted living facilities, while providing our guests with health care, as well as the opportunity to grow mentally and socially. Our center provides exciting recreational activities, nutritious meals, and professional health care programs.

Our center’s services include: • Transportation to and from our center, as well as medical appointments • A professionally trained on-staff nurse • Healthcare programs in Podiatry, Physical and Occupational therapies • Recreational activities such as crafts, games, puzzles, music, exercise programs, and daytrips • A beautiful and nurturing Alzheimer’s unit for those with memory loss and dementia • A Hispanic program • And nutritious meals provided on a daily basis. We will cater to any special dietary needs

Our also center abides by building and fires codes, and all other state guidelines. We are also secured with coded entry pads to ensure maximum security. No one can enter or exit without the help of our staff.
